The German team will play their remaining preliminary round matches in Berlin, if they proceed, they will continue the main round in Cologne. The starting whistle will be blown on 10 January 2024 with the opening match day in Düsseldorf, the final will take place on 28 January 2024 in the LANXESS arena in Cologne. 24 teams compete at the EHF EURO 2024, played in Düsseldorf, Berlin, Mannheim, Munich, Hamburg and Cologne. In January 2024, the heart of handball will be beating in Germany again - for the first time a Men's European Championship will take place on German soil.
